The Impera Tango is a controller for Biamp Apprimo touch panels, enabling easy control of all room functions. The Tango can host up to 5 touch panel interfaces. It is equipped with three bidirectional RSâ232/IR ports for sending commands with feedback functionality; 2 unidirectional RS-232/IR ports for sending commands to AV devices using serial or infrared communication; 8 GPIO connections for control of relays, switches and sensors; LAN control for 10 third-party and 8 Biamp devices; and 4 assignable relays for control of mechanical devices. The Impera Tango is a versatile AV control system for presentation spaces, learning environments, conference rooms, and more. Configured together in Project Designer, the Tango enables each Apprimo touch panel to have multiple pages of control functionality.
